Job Title: Web & Graphic Designer (Part-Time)

Location: Remote (U.S.-based)

Type: Part-Time (24 hours/week with flexible schedule, with potential for full-time)

Pay: $22/hour

The Role

We’re hiring a part-time Web & Graphic Designer to support both internal initiatives and client projects. You’ll help refresh web layouts, create clean and modern graphics, and contribute to our agency’s evolving visual identity. This position requires demonstrated skill in both WordPress and Elementor. For the right candidate, there is an opportunity to grow into a full-time role.

What You’ll Do

• Design, restructure, and update websites using WordPress and Elementor.
• Create branded graphics and digital assets using Canva (Adobe Creative Suite is a bonus, but not required).
• Collaborate with team members on internal and client design needs.
• Support the visual build-out of service pages, case studies, and digital campaigns.
• Maintain consistency across all projects in alignment with brand guidelines.

Required Skills

• Proficiency in WordPress with hands-on experience using Elementor page builder.
• Ability to produce clean, engaging visuals using Canva.
• Strong eye for layout, spacing, and responsive design principles.
• Self-directed and highly organized in a remote working environment.

Bonus Skills

• Familiarity with Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, or InDesign.
• Experience working in agency or freelance client environments.
• Understanding of user experience and SEO-friendly design structures.
