Job Title: Web Filtering Security Consultant (Secure Web Gateway Architect)

Location: Remote (U.S. based preferred)

About the Role:

We’re looking for an experienced Web Filtering Architect to lead internal projects focused on Secure Web Gateway (SWG) solutions. This role is both hands-on and strategic, with responsibility for mentoring entry-level security engineers, guiding architecture, and working across security domains. Ideal candidates will have deep technical experience with tools like Netskope, Zscaler, Skyhigh, or Palo Alto and a strong background in cybersecurity, web filtering, and SASE/SSE technologies.

Key Responsibilities:

• Act as the technical lead on web filtering and SWG-related projects.
• Design, implement, and maintain secure web access solutions (SWG, CASB, ZTNA).
• Mentor internal team members and lead technical knowledge-sharing sessions.
• Work closely with security architects and engineers on strategy and integration.
• Collaborate with other teams to prioritize and support SIEM initiatives.
• Stay current on Secure Web Gateway trends and technologies.

Required Qualifications:

• 5+ years of hands-on experience with Secure Web Gateway (SWG) platforms.
• 8+ years in cybersecurity, preferably with strong experience in web filtering.
• Strong expertise in Netskope, or similar solutions such as Zscaler, Skyhigh, or Palo Alto Networks.
• Experience with CASB, Zero Trust Network Access (ZTNA), and SASE/SSE is a strong plus.
• Previous roles as a Sr. Security Engineer, Security Architect, or SWG Architect.
• Demonstrated experience in highly regulated environments like financial services.
• Comfortable leading technical initiatives and mentoring others (
