Chime Financial, Inc. is seeking a Web Experience Visual Designer to elevate the Chime.com web experience. You will drive visual vision and execution for user-centric, accessible designs aligned with brand integrity and performance journeys.

You’ll lead cross-functional design efforts with marketing, product, content, and engineering, shaping intuitive web journeys that meet user and business goals. Base salary starts at $116,000 and goes to $160,000 with bonus and equity.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of visual or product design focused on web.
• Strong portfolio of interaction and visual design.
• Expertise with Figma and design systems.
• Deep understanding of UX methodologies and accessibility WCAG/AA.
• Experience in agile, cross-functional teams and proactive multitasking.
• Familiarity with leading AI tools.

Responsibilities

• Lead Visual and Experience design for high-impact web projects end-to-end.
• Translate complex requirements into accessible, visual experiences.
• Collaborate with marketing, product, and engineering to shape web journeys.
• Drive design systems usage for consistency.
• Champion accessibility standards (WCAG/AA).
• Mentor junior designers and writers.
• Contribute to UX/UI standards and processes.
• Stay current on web trends and tools.
