This role focuses on modernizing legacy systems, exposing high‑volume DB2 datasets to web applications, and supporting the delivery of reliable, high‑performance digital solutions, particularly in the healthcare domain.

Core Responsibilities

• Develop, maintain, and modernize RPG codebases on IBM iSeries (AS/400) systems.
• Expose DB2 datasets to modern web applications while maintaining legacy system reliability.
• Apply software engineering best practices including continuous integration (CI), automated testing, refactoring, and code reviews.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams in Agile/Scrum environments to deliver high‑quality solutions.
• Participate in the full Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC) from requirements gathering to deployment.
• Optimize performance and ensure scalability of back‑end services.

Required Qualifications

• 2–3 years of industry‑specific experience (preferred).
