Job summary

Cahoot in Bridgeport, Connecticut is seeking a Web Developer / Software Engineering Intern to assist in the design and maintenance of software for our peer-to-peer merchant network. Ideal candidates have strong skills in Microsoft technologies and Agile methodologies.

Responsibilities include developing internet-based applications and participating in QA processes. Candidates should have a GPA above 3.5 and at least 3 years of professional experience.

Qualifications

• Experience with Microsoft SQL Server, Visual Studio, VS.NET, and IIS in a Windows environment.
• Familiarity with developing web services and service-oriented architecture.
• Experience with case-driven and test-driven iterative development methodologies.
• Knowledge of debugging, code-reviewing, and performance tuning.
