Monzo offers personal and business bank accounts, joint accounts, accounts for 16–17 year olds, kids’ accounts, credit cards, savings, investment products, and pension consolidation in the UK. It aims to make money work for everyone and solve problems through financial services.

• Work closely with the Product Manager and cross-disciplinary peers
• Identify and scope opportunities for impactful projects
• Contribute to every stage of the product development lifecycle and own new feature development from start to finish
• Scope and build functionality with other engineers to support new frontend features
• Maintain Monzo’s public-facing website, monzo.com
• Ensure the website scales for international expansion
• Build the component library
• Maintain the content management system

• Be interested in building performant, secure, scalable web experiences and designing and building user-friendly interfaces

• Be comfortable working in a large front-end codebase with many stakeholders
• Understand prioritization and balancing development velocity with code quality
• Have developed modern component-oriented JavaScript applications using frameworks and libraries such as React, Vue, Angular, Flow/TypeScript, and Webpack
• Be keen to learn and share knowledge
