Valon is building the AI-native operating system for regulated finance, starting with mortgage servicing. We seek a software engineer with 4+ years of experience to design and build scalable infrastructure that handles complex federal, state, and agency regulations.

You'll work with Product and Design to define the best customer experience, contribute to a modern mortgage servicing platform, and enjoy autonomy, growth, and equity opportunity in a fast-paced startup.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of software engineering experience, preferably at scale.
• Experience building scalable distributed systems and infrastructure.
• Strong cross-functional collaboration with product and design.
• Excellent communication and ability to balance product and technical requirements.
