Job summary

Brigham Young University (BYU) Law is seeking a proactive Web Content Coordinator to support our web content management, digital initiatives, and project planning. This on-site role offers mentoring, training, and opportunities to work with faculty and staff across departments to keep information accurate and up-to-date.

You’ll coordinate updates, track progress, and assist with technical tasks while learning new tools. Occasional remote work may be possible depending on the project.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree and two or more years of related experience preferred.
  • Experience editing and maintaining web content for academic or professional audiences.
  • Familiarity with content management systems (WordPress/Drupal).
  • Ability to communicate clearly and document needs or progress.
  • Proven ability to organize tasks, manage multiple priorities, and meet deadlines.
  • Interest in learning new technologies and collaborating across teams.

Responsibilities

  • Web Content Coordination – review 35+ internal and public pages for accuracy and relevance.
  • Coordinate and implement content updates from law school departments and faculty.
  • Document content requirements and route requests to developers as needed.
  • Track progress on development and ensure timely changes.
  • Assist with planning digital library initiatives and research data projects.
  • Support small-scale technical tasks (printing, hardware inventory, email setup).
  • Coordinate routine IT tasks to ensure smooth law school operations.
