Job description

Rad Campaign, a social change digital agency, is hiring a full-stack Web Developer with at least 3-4 years of digital agency experience working with multiple clients and focused primarily on Drupal and WordPress, as well as non-profit ECRM systems. This position is remote.

We are passionate about social justice, environmental issues, and supporting nonprofits such as the National LGBTQ Task Force, Brady Campaign, and others. Our team is committed to making a difference through advocacy, technology, and community engagement.

As a Web Developer at Rad, you will collaborate with a talented team of developers, project managers, strategists, and designers. Your responsibilities include building websites in Drupal and WordPress, creating accessible UX and IA, implementing custom themes and functionalities, integrating third-party services, and supporting clients through training and technical assistance.

Requirements include proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, PHP, experience with Git, local development tools (DDev, Lando, Docker), and the ability to work independently and in a team. Experience with JavaScript frameworks and non-profit CRMs is a plus.

Our culture values creativity, collaboration, diversity, and a passion for social change. We foster an inclusive environment that supports work-life balance, animal lovers, and activists alike.

If you're excited about leveraging your coding skills to support meaningful causes, we want to hear from you!
