Job summary

NuAxis is seeking a Web Developer II to join our federal IT team in a full-time role. You will design, develop, test, and maintain secure web applications for Internet, Intranet, Wiki, and social media platforms, with a strong emphasis on Drupal and accessibility.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of professional web design and development experience.
• Experience with Drupal CMS, HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, PHP, Python, and jQuery.
• Familiarity with modern development/deployment tools (Node.js, Git, Chrome DevTools, Jenkins).
• Understanding of WCAG, Section 508, and ADA accessibility standards.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, implement, and maintain front-end and back-end web applications.
• Plan and manage content for Internet, Intranet, Wiki, and social media platforms.
• Migrate, integrate, and support content management systems with emphasis on Drupal.
• Ensure security, scalability, and performance of web applications.
• Collaborate with developers to integrate services and applications.
• Support UI with graphic design tools as needed.
