Job summary

People, Technology & Processes, LLC seeks a Web Developer / Graphics Design Specialist for Fort Hood, TX (and related sites). The role supports DoD–level intranet and public-facing websites with a focus on accessibility, compliance with 508 and WCAG AA, and publishing standards.

You will coordinate with content owners and subject matter experts, ensure change logs, and maintain graphic interfaces using the Adobe Creative Suite to deliver accessible interfaces and compliant web pages.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• U.S. citizenship
• Ability to speak, read, write, and understand English proficiently
• Proficiency with computers and Microsoft Office software
• Active Secret clearance (Tier 3 / T3R)
• DoD 8140 / 8570.01-M baseline certification with CE certification within six months

Responsibilities

• Develops and maintains ATEC intranet and public-facing websites and graphic interfaces.
• Maintain ATEC, ATC, AEC, and OEC intranet sites using a Government-provided portal or web development technology.
• Maintain public-facing internet sites in accordance with DoD policy and Army publishing standards, obtaining PAO approval and maintaining a change log.
• Ensure all web interfaces meet Section 508 and WCAG AA accessibility standards.
• Coordinate content updates with departmental content owners and subject matter experts and mitigate all vulnerabilities

Location: Fort Hood, TX; White Sands Missile Range, NM

Clearance required: Secret (Tier 3 / T3R investigation); interim Secret required before starting work.

Scope of Work: Develops and maintains ATEC intranet and public-facing websites and graphic interfaces, ensuring Section 508 and WCAG AA accessibility compliance and DoD publishing standards.

Responsibilities include (but are not limited to):

• Develop and maintain graphic interfaces and websites using tools such as the Adobe Creative Suite
• Maintain ATEC, ATC, AEC, and OEC intranet sites using a Government-provided portal or web development technology
• Maintain public-facing internet sites in accordance with DoD policy and Army publishing standards, obtaining PAO approval and maintaining a change log
