Keystone Solutions is seeking a Web Developer and Web Service API Consultant to join a client site team, delivering agile and high-performance software solutions as part of the DECOM program.

The role focuses on migrating police data from mainframes to a modern open architecture, building REST APIs, PHP/JavaScript components, and integrating AI and ILP features while adhering to security and DevOps practices.

Qualifications

• Experience in RESTful API development and web services.
• Ability to design software architecture.
• Fluency in French or Dutch with passive knowledge of the other language.

Responsibilities

• Develop APIs and web services within the DECOM program for data migration.
• Design data exchange services and REST APIs for integrating police applications.
• Enhance PoliceSearch and PolLogs with analytics, AI, and ILP features.
• Build components in PHP and JavaScript and define technical architecture.
