Job summary

TEKsystems is seeking a Web Developer for a remote/hybrid role based in Phoenix, AZ. The position focuses on designing, building, and maintaining scalable web applications and APIs, leveraging modern frameworks and testing practices.

You will work across frontend and backend teams, implement performance and security best practices, and contribute to CI/CD pipelines while providing production support as needed.

Qualifications

• Experience with a modern JavaScript frontend framework (e.g., React, Angular, or Vue) and a back-end framework or language (e.g., .NET, Node.js, or Java).
• Ability to design, develop, test, and maintain full-stack web applications and APIs.
• Familiarity with RESTful APIs, CI/CD, and automated testing practices.

Responsibilities

• Designs, develops, and maintains responsive, user-facing web applications and the APIs and services that support them.
• Translates business and UX requirements into clean, maintainable front-end and back-end code using modern web frameworks.
• Builds and consumes RESTful APIs and integrates web applications with internal systems and third-party services.
