Job summary

Tesla Laboratories, a SDVOSB, is seeking a Web Developer to advance accessible web applications across the SDLC. You will implement accessibility standards, test with assistive technologies, and document compliance findings to guide UX/UI and development teams.

You will partner with design, engineering, and product stakeholders to ensure Section 508 and WCAG 2.1 AA compliance are embedded from requirements through deployment, while supporting training and governance for accessibility best

Qualifications

• Experience with accessibility testing and reporting.
• Knowledge of Section 508, WCAG 2.1 AA, and FAR 39.2.
• Ability to integrate accessibility into SDLC across UX/UI and development.
• Ability to train teams on accessibility standards.
• Coordinate between design, engineering and product stakeholders.
