Responsibilities:

1. Design, code, and modify websites, ensuring functionality, user experience, and aesthetic appeal, while also managing technical aspects like performance and capacity.
2. Implement and maintain website content management systems.
3. Troubleshoot and debug issues to ensure websites are functioning correctly.
4. Stay up-to-date with the latest web technologies and industry trends to ensure the website is current and secure.
5. Provide mock-ups in Illustrator of new features, receive feedback from the analysts and developer community, and update mock-ups accordingly.
6. Keep 508 compliance in mind when providing solutions.
7. Design the overall look and feel for the ICON web-app.
8. Develop and customize Webflow websites for clients across multiple industries.
9. Implement SEO optimizations, including structured data, on-page enhancements, and performance improvements within Webflow.
10. Execute technical updates and troubleshoot issues within Webflow's CMS and custom code editor.
11. Work closely with account and SEO teams to ensure seamless site implementations without requiring them to navigate Webflow's complexities.
12. Assist with website launches and ongoing maintenance.

Minimum Requirements:

5+ years of experience in software development, with a strong background in Object-Oriented Programming.

Minimum 2 years of industry experience working with Webflow in a professional setting.

Ability to transform user requests into clean, multi-faceted solutions that will support a broad range of users with varying workflows.

Familiarity with Knowledge Management and Curation (KMC) tool suite.
