The opportunity:

We are hiring a Website Developer/Administrator with 1–3 years of experience managing and editing WordPress websites. This is a full-time salaried role with bonus potential based on individual and company performance.

Responsibilities:

• Publish SEO content to over 80 client websites (monthly blog posts + 2 SEO pages per site)
• Upload additional content (blog posts and video pages) for clients in our video marketing program
• Perform ongoing site updates such as:
• Editing attorney/team bios
• Swapping out photos
• Updating practice areas or content
• Troubleshooting layout or display issues
• Manage WordPress sites primarily built on Divi , with some using Elementor and other themes
• Coordinate with content writers, SEO specialists, and account managers to ensure content is implemented accurately and on time
• Maintain clean site structure, proper formatting, internal linking, and on-page SEO best practices
• Help implement integrations (e.g., forms, CRMs, chat widgets) based on client needs

What you will need to be successful:

• 1–3 years of experience with WordPress website management
• Experience with Divi , Elementor , and general theme customization
• Basic knowledge of SEO best practices for content formatting and linking
• Strong attention to detail and ability to stay organized across many client sites
• Comfort using Google Drive, Asana (or similar task/project tools), and basic website editing tools
• Reliable internet connection and a proactive, solutions-oriented mindset
• Ability to work well on a remote team and meet deadlines consistently

Reports To:

• Project Manager

Availability:

• Able to work Monday - Friday 8:30 AM - 5 PM EST
• Able once a month for meet ups, team lunches or trainings
