Job summary

Peraton is seeking a Web Developer to build and maintain secure, DoD-aligned web applications. You’ll work with ASP.NET/C#, HTML/CSS/JS, and Sitecore CMS in a mission-critical enterprise environment.

You will collaborate with senior developers, ensure secure coding practices, and support database interactions while adhering to Agile processes and DoD standards. This role is based in San Antonio and requires US citizenship and eligibility for a Public Trust clearance.

Qualifications

• 5 years with BS/BA; or 9 years with a high school diploma.
• 4-5 years of experience in web development.
• Proficiency in C# and ASP.NET for backend development.
• Basic knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript for front-end development.
• Familiarity with relational databases (SQL Server preferred).
• Understanding of secure coding practices and web development best practices.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Must be a U.S. Citizen.
• Ability to obtain a Public Trust clearance.
• Preferred: Sitecore CMS or other enterprise CMS; Agile methodologies; DoD security requirements; Git.

Position Overview:

We are seeking aWeb Developer to join our team supporting public-facing websites built on an enterprise content management system. The ideal candidate will have foundational experience in web development, strong C# programming skills, and a desire to grow in a secure, mission-critical environment. Target Salary Range

$66,000 - $106,000. This represents the typical salary range for this position. Salary is determined by various factors, including but not limited to, the scope and responsibilities of the position, the individual’s experience, education, knowledge, skills, and competencies, as well as geographic location and business and contract considerations. Depending on the position, employees may be eligible for overtime, shift differential, and a discretionary bonus in addition to base pay.
