Qualifications

• Typography with strong hierarchy and readability.
• Figma expert for prototyping and design systems.
• Apply visual identity consistently across brands.
• Present and justify design decisions to teams/clients.
• Strong UX principles and usability practices.
• Design for accessibility (WCAG 2.1+).
• CMS experience (WordPress, Statamic, Craft).
• Map user flows and create prototypes and docs.
• Basic Git knowledge.
• HTML5, semantic markup, and modern CSS3.
• Responsive layout with flexbox and grid.
• Tailwind CSS or similar utility frameworks.
