Globaltize is seeking a mid-to-senior Content Writer/Researcher to support core marketing and communications initiatives in a fully remote setup.

You will own end-to-end writing, conduct deep research, verify data, craft attention-grabbing hooks, and produce polished long-form and web content. This role emphasizes accuracy, structured workflows, and a stable home for your writing career.

Qualifications

• Mid-to-senior level experience as a Content Writer and/or Researcher with a strong portfolio of long-form and web content.
• Excellent English writing, editing, and verbal communication skills with strong data verification abilities.
• High attention to detail and ability to adapt to new software/workflows.
• Proficiency with Google Workspace and a reliable remote setup (stable internet, private workspace, dual monitors).

Responsibilities

• Long-Form & Web Content Creation: produce engaging articles with hooks for web and long-form content.
• Deep Research & Verification: conduct thorough research and verify facts.
• Editing & Quality Control: refine content for structure, tone, and clarity following workflows.

We are seeking a mid-to-senior level Content Writer / Researcher to support our core marketing and communications initiatives. In this role, you will own the end-to-end writing process, conducting deep research, verifying data, crafting attention-grabbing hooks, and producing polished long-form and web content. Key Responsibilities

• Long-Form & Web Content Creation: Produce clear, accurate, and engaging web articles and long-form copy featuring compelling hooks and audience-focused messaging.
• Deep Research & Verification: Conduct thorough research, carefully verify facts and data, and organize findings into structured, readable, and usable formats.
• Editing & Quality Control: Edit and refine content for structure, tone, clarity, and precision while following established workflows and quality standards.
• Team Collaboration & Meetings: Collaborate on content direction and revisions, attend two scheduled virtual meetings daily, share screens during presentations/reviews, and provide consistent progress updates.
• Digital Workspace Management: Utilize Google Workspace (Docs, Drive, etc.) for seamless drafting, editing, file organization, and real-time team collaboration.

Must-Have Requirements

• Professional Experience: Mid-to-senior level experience as a Content Writer and/or Researcher, with a strong portfolio of long-form and web-based content.
• Communication & Research Skills: Excellent English writing, editing, and verbal communication skills, paired with exceptional research, fact-checking, and data verification abilities.
• Detail & Tech Aptitude: High attention to detail, consistency, and a tech-savvy mindset to quickly adapt to new software and workflows.
• Software & Hardware Setup: Proficiency with Google Workspace, a stable high-speed internet connection, a quiet private workspace, and a dual-monitor setup (2+ monitors, webcam, keyboard, and mouse).
• Availability & Accountability: Full-time dedication (as your sole job), willingness to use time-tracking software (TimeDoctor), and a reliable, self-directed remote work ethic.

Nice-to-Have Requirements

• Target Audience Experience: Previous experience writing for U.S.-based audiences or a background in marketing, communications, or regional media.
• Optimization & Remote Skills: SEO or content optimization experience, as well as prior history working within fully distributed remote teams.
