Descriptive Summary

Get ready to jump on board with the industry leader in the provision of wellness services to the military and veteran communities!

GTSC, a values-led, industry leader in telehealth, health communications and wellness staffing and services is searching for a Web Content Specialist. This is a part-time, remote position.

As the Web Content Specialist, you will support the Military Community and Family Policy (MC&FP) Outreach and Digital Enterprise Services (MODES) contract by using content management systems to create and maintain content for client-owned websites and applications, both public facing as well as staff information portals and applications.


CORE FUNCTIONS

Perform daily tasks for the contract that includes:

• Use content management systems to create and maintain content for client-owned websites and applications, both public facing as well as staff information portals and applications
• Maintain a consistent look and feel throughout all websites and applications
• Contribute to client website and application reports highlighting required analytics
•Liaison with operations managers to assist in the execution of communication requirements
• Manage standard operating procedures or administrator guides to support client websites and applications

• Coordinate and execute training requirements for new MC&FP staff or contract personnel
• Research and consult on latest technologies, making recommendations for application to client digital properties and activities

• Work cooperatively with government clients and a professional services team that includes operations managers, graphic designers, writers and other key staff

  • Maintaining and tracking online content.
  • Coordinate timelines and requirements across internal and external teams.
