Job summary

Envista is seeking a Web Content Specialist to manage and publish digital content across Kerr’s global online channels from our US headquarters in California. You will coordinate with content editors, authors, and localization teams to plan content for product launches and campaigns, ensuring quality and consistency across markets.

You’ll support UI/UX activities, QA processes, and backend workflows in Magento, DXP/Drupal and JIRA.

Qualifications

  • 3–5 years of experience as a Web Publisher or similar role.
  • Deep expertise with CMS platforms, especially Magento and DXP/Drupal.
  • Strong copywriting, editorial quality control, and presentation skills.
  • Familiarity with Oracle back-end systems and Widen/DAM is a plus.
  • Fluent English; additional languages are a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Publish and update Kerr Envista websites to ensure timely releases.
  • Coordinate with editors, authors, and localization teams for product launches.
  • Support UI/UX activities for website projects and processes.
  • Monitor site performance and make data-driven content improvements.
  • Manage backend workflows in Magento, DXP/Drupal and JIRA as per processes.
  • Maintain a balanced workload (approx. 60% publishing, 40% implementation/maintenance).
  • Oversee data management for 5000+ product SKUs and DAM workflows from DAM to DXP to Magento.
  • Own end-to-end flow across DAM → DXP → Magento.

Job Description

The Web Content Specialist is responsible for managing and publishing digital content across Kerr’s global online channels, including headquarters platforms and localized market websites. This role serves as a central point of coordination between content owners, authors, and cross‑functional teams to ensure that all web updates—ranging from new site launches to ongoing page enhancements—are executed accurately, efficiently, and in alignment with established rollout timelines. A key focus of the position is maintaining high standards of quality and consistency. The Web Content Specialist oversees the full publishing lifecycle, ensuring that all content undergoes thorough quality assurance checks before going live. This includes validating functionality, formatting, brand alignment, and user experience across devices and markets. By combining technical proficiency with strong organizational and communication skills, the Web Content Specialist plays a critical role in supporting Kerr’s digital presence, enabling timely delivery of campaigns, product updates, and strategic initiatives across global web properties.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities
  • Publishing and updating content across Kerr’s websites to ensure consistent, relevant, and timely web releases.
  • Coordinating with content editors, authors, and the global translation/localization team to prepare content plans for product launches, campaigns, events, and other key digital initiatives.
  • Supporting UIUX activities for website and online projects
  • Monitoring site performance and making data‑driven recommendations to improve content quality, usefulness, and user experience (e.g., identifying missing content, broken links, or layout enhancements).
  • Managing backend site structure and workflows in Magento, DXP/Drupal and JIRA content publishing requests according to respective processes and workflows.
  • Identifying and reporting website issues and improvement opportunities in partnership with web development and IT teams, including bugs and new functionality requests.
  • Maintaining a balanced workload consisting of approximately 60% content publishing and 40% content implementation and site maintenance.
  • Data and webpage management of 5000+ products SKU-level product/data management (NTI, attributes) Widen/DAM experience, including compliance (RA)
  • Own End-to-end flow across DAM > DXP > Magent
Job Requirements
  • College degree in related program
  • 3-5 years of experience as a Web Publisher with deep expertise in CMS platforms, especially Magento, DXP/Drupal and JIRA.
  • Solid foundation in web disciplines, including UX, design principles, and content best practices.
  • Familiarity of Oracle back-end systems
  • Familiarity with Widen/DAM applications.
  • Skilled in copywriting and editorial quality control to ensure accuracy, clarity, and consistency of published content.
  • Fluent in English; additional languages are an asset.
  • Proven project management experience coordinating internal teams and external vendors.
  • Strong ownership of timely, accurate content delivery and professional execution.
  • Clear, effective communicator with strong presentation skills and ability to explain technical issues.
  • Excellent time‑management and organizational abilities.
  • Self‑starter with an initiative‑driven, solutions‑oriented mindset.
Salary

Target Market Salary Range: $79,700 - $97,400
