Description

Maintain website content quality and uphold editorial standards in accordance with style guides, glossaries and local People team contributions.Help define writing and editing standards for People content.Write, edit and load content.Work with subject matter experts to develop and update content, articulating key messages in a way users will understand.Evaluate and prioritize requests with input from leadership as needed.Understand content structure and style for the web.Scope content development work, communicate timelines, and negotiate with partners.Work closely with the localization team for translated content.Work with internal and external partners across the business.

Minimum Qualifications
  • 10+ years of experience in online content production and editing
  • Ability to write clear, direct, and compelling copy in accordance with the Apple style guide and HR glossary
  • Ability to organize content in a simple user-friendly structure for reading online
  • Meticulous, highly organized, and strong task/project management skills
  • Exceptional attention to detail
  • Intermediate knowledge of HTML
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills; able to build strong relationships with partners in an often ambiguous and fast-changing environment
  • Ability to influence without authority and drive tasks while working with cross-functional team
  • BA/BS degree in English, journalism or communications (or related field)
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience with HR and global projects preferred
At Apple, base pay is one part of our total compensation package and is determined within a range. This provides the opportunity to progress as you grow and develop within a role. The base pay range for this role is between $133,900 and $201,300, and your base pay will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, and location.
