Job summary

SunSoft Online in Phoenix, AZ is seeking a Web Content Manager with a strong accessibility focus to implement WCAG/508 across agency web properties. You will run accessibility audits, remediate PDFs and media, and administer the CMS while training content contributors.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree, hands-on testing with JAWS/NVDA/VoiceOver, and knowledge of semantic HTML5/CSS and 508/ADA. This hybrid, W2 contract supports one onsite day per week in Phoenix, with a start within two weeks

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; WCAG 2.1/2.2 success criteria knowledge and testing methodology.
• Experience with assistive technologies (JAWS, NVDA, VoiceOver).
• Section 508/ADA Title II familiarity; semantic HTML5/CSS; responsive design.
• Strong plain-language writing and copyediting; PDF/document remediation; CMS administration.

Responsibilities

• Lead accessibility audits (automation + manual testing) across agency sites.
• Remediate non-compliant PDFs and media assets.
