Web Content Analyst

The Opportunity

CACI is seeking an entry-level Web Content Analyst who thrives in a dynamic and fast-paced environment. In this role, you will contribute to the Procurement Integrated Enterprise Environment (PIEE) program by supporting the development of web-based training applications. As a Technical Writer, you will create demos, training guides, and user documentation to enhance the usability of various PIEE capabilities, which span all aspects of DoD procurement activities.

Responsibilities

  • Content Creation: Develop comprehensive training guides, demos, and other instructionalmaterials to support PIEE capabilities, covering topics from solicitation to contract closeout.
  • Technical Writing: Produce clear and concise documentation, including user guides and tutorials, tailored to diverse technical audiences.
  • Agile Collaboration: Actively participate in a Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) team, collaborating with developers, testers, and product owners to ensure alignment with project goals.
  • Quality Assurance: Conduct thorough testing of web-based training modules, identifying and resolving issues to maintain high-quality standards.
  • Technical Proficiency: Leverage your technical skills, including HTML and JavaScript, to enhance the effectiveness of training materials and user experiences.

Qualifications

Required:

  • Ability to obtain and maintain a DoD Secret Clearance. (US Citizenship is required in order toobtain a security clearance from the DoD).
  • Bachelor's degree (BA/BS) in related field.
  • 0-3 years’ experience. (This is an entry-level role.)
  • Strong technical writing skills.
  • Ability to create training content from user stories.
  • Proficiency in HTML and JavaScript.
  • Excellent written communication skills.

Desired

  • Experience with Visio, Mockflow, or other wireframe tools.
  • Familiarity with Demo Builder or similar video training software.
  • Knowledge of Adobe tools and basic image editing.
  • Understanding of UX Design principles.
  • Experience with 508 Compliance/Accessibility Testing.
  • Familiarity with Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe).

The Proposed Salary Range For This Position Is

$53,100-$106,300
