  • Support WHD Section 508 data calls, recurring accessibility scans, and publication reporting, including tracking remediated and pending HTML, PDF, DOCX, PPT, multimedia, and other content.
Required Skills & Experience

  • Strong editorial judgment, plain-language writing, and attention to detail in a compliance-driven publishing environment.
  • Experience working in Agile sprints and tracking work in Jira or an equivalent tool.
  • Experience supporting high-volume public-sector publishing operations and maintaining publication logs, approvals, and content inventories.
  • Ability to work with DOL/Government-approved tools and secure AI capabilities only; no use of public generative AI with sensitive or non-public information.
Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with digital analytics platforms and enterprise search tuning.
  • Trusted Tester certification or equivalent accessibility credential.
  • Exposure to AI-assisted content workflows (summarization, tagging, translation QA).

Our Profile

We are an IT company with a unique mission-to make people the center of every federal IT solution. Our technologists have always gone the extra mile to help our federal clients succeed. And over the years, we saw a growing disconnect in how federal IT initiatives were built and managed. Time after time, programs failed because the focus was on the tools and products and not the people using them.

NuAxis is an Equal Opportunity Employer. Employment is contingent upon successful completion of a background investigation.
