Under the direction of the chief communication officer, lead and manage State Teachers Retirement System of Ohio (STRS Ohio)’s online presence for members, employers, associates and stakeholders, while also serving as the department’s hands-on front‑end web development and design expert. Implement and manage the organization’s member, employer and associate websites, forms and applications, and direct STRS Ohio’s online/email communications and marketing efforts. Ensure the organization’s online presence reflects its mission, goals and communication strategies while adhering to web/online industry standards, best practices, quality user interface/experience and Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) compliance.
