This senior role reports to the Deputy CIO of Application Development and Operations, develops and implements multiple concurrent software projects while maintaining legacy enterprise applications and collaborating across the Web Applications team to deliver cross‑domain

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
• Eight years of progressive software development experience, including three years leading Cloud Development.
• Background security investigation required for all new hires.

Job Title: Web Cloud Application Solution Lead Salary: $178,214.00 Job Location: 2733 Crystal Drive, Arlington, VA 22202 The Web/Cloud Application Solution Lead will develop solutions for Cloud technologies, mobile technology, the web, and intranet leveraging the latest technologies, methods, processes, and tools and adopting best practices from the industry.

This position works under the general supervision of the Deputy Chief Information Officer (CIO) Application Development and Operations and serves in the Applications Department within the Office of Technology at the Headquarters Office.

The Web/Cloud Application Solution Lead develops and implements multiple, concurrent software application implementation projects while maintaining legacy enterprise business applications and works closely with other departments and developers on the Web Applications team and departments to deliver cross-domain solutions.

Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related, or foreign equivalent; eight (8) years of progressive, post-baccalaureate experience in software application/web development, including a minimum of three (3) years’ experience leading Cloud Application Development team. A background security investigation will be required for all new hires.
