Key Responsibilities

  • Collect business requirements: define metrics, choose the right tracking approach, and set up events accordingly.
  • Assign tasks to developers if technical updates are required.
  • Automate data export to BigQuery and build dashboards in Looker Studio.
  • Create different levels of dashboards:
  • a real-time overview dashboard for the main website,
  • thematic dashboards for projects, special initiatives, and individual pages.
  • Build a monitoring and alerting system to:
  • verify correct implementation of analytics,
  • notify if tags/events fail or stop working.
Requirements
  • Strong knowledge of Google Tag Manager and Google Analytics 4.
  • Proven experience with event setup, goals, funnels, and custom dimensions/metrics.
  • Hands-on experience with BigQuery and Looker Studio (or other BI tools).

  • Experience auditing existing analytics setups and optimizing them.
  • Experience with monitoring and alerting systems for analytics.
  • Strong data handling and structuring skills.
  • Attention to detail and systematic thinking.
Nice to have
  • Experience with Microsoft Clarity or other behavioral analytics tools.
  • SQL knowledge.
  • Experience integrating analytics data with Grafana or other monitoring platforms.
  • Previous experience in media or content-driven companies.
We offer
  • Opportunity to shape analytics from scratch and implement best practices.
  • Work with unique data and challenging analytical tasks.
  • Flexible schedule and collaboration with a strong international team.
