My client is seeking an experienced and strategic Ecosystem Partnership Development Lead to drive growth through key partnerships and business development initiatives. (location : Singapore / Hong Kong)
Main Responsibilities
- Develop Strategic Partnerships : Manage and cultivate relationships with enterprises, exchanges, investors, financial institutions, Layer 1 and Layer 2 networks, payment and wallet providers, and Web3 labs to enhance the company’s network growth and market reach.
- Innovative Use Cases : Identify and prioritize innovative use cases that align with the company's vision to drive user adoption and create unique value within the blockchain ecosystem.
- User Growth : Drive growth in daily active users by strategically integrating the company with key dApps and fostering a vibrant builder community.
- Commercial Strategy : Contribute to the ongoing short-term and long-term commercial strategy of the company.
- Sponsorship and Deal Closure : Independently bring in sponsorships and close deals from scratch, showcasing previous project decks.
- Industry Engagement : Host or attend relevant industry conferences and events to deliver public speeches that raise the company's profile and foster relationships with industry stakeholders.
- Representation at Events : Represent the company at industry events through engaging presentations and AMAs to build brand visibility and credibility.
Requirements
- Education : Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Experience : Minimum of 8 years in business development, strategic partnerships, or ecosystem development.
- Knowledge : Extensive knowledge and established networks in blockchain technology, Web3, and post-quantum cryptography.
- Track Record : Proven record of managing successful partnerships and business development initiatives.
- Partnership Lifecycle Management : Demonstrated expertise in managing the full partnership lifecycle, from proposal development to negotiation and deal closure.
- Strategic Thinking : Strong strategic capability and logical planning process.
- Collaboration Skills : Ability to work collaboratively with internal and external stakeholders, with strong relationship-building skills.
