Job summary

2020 Companies, in partnership with Meta, is hiring part-time Seasonal Meta Sales Specialists at Walmart Tucson. You will demonstrate Meta products, engage customers, and train store staff on new AI tools and features.

This seasonal role emphasizes hands-on demonstrations, strong customer interactions, and meeting program KPIs. Expect weekly pay with a base rate of $21/hour plus a seasonal completion bonus, flexible weekend hours, and opportunities for advancement into lead specialist roles

Qualifications

• 6+ months of experience in sales, electronics, retail, telecommunications, or marketing preferred.
• Comfortable engaging with customers, demonstrating products, and confidently asking for the sale.
• Strong communication, presentation, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate Meta products to shoppers in-store and create engaging customer experiences.
• Train store teams on new Meta apps, tools, and product features.
• Work with retail associates to promote brand presence and meet KPIs.
