2020 Companies, in partnership with Meta, is hiring part-time Seasonal Meta Sales Specialists to demonstrate Meta products at a local Walmart in Burleson, TX. You will engage shoppers, train store teams, and drive interest in wearables and AI features.

The role offers flexible paydays, on-demand cashouts, and paid remote training, with opportunities for career growth within the company and potential lead roles in the future.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 6+ months of experience in sales, electronics, retail, telecommunications, or marketing preferred.
• Interest in Technology, Wearable AI, and/or Virtual Reality technology preferred.
• Comfortable engaging with customers, demonstrating products, and confidently asking for the sale.
• Strong communication, presentation, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
• Availability to work weekends and a minimum of three one-time weekday shifts.
• Own reliable transportation.

Responsabilités

• Bring Meta technology to life through hands-on demonstrations of wearable AI, smart tech, and immersive experiences.
• Proactively engage shoppers and create a welcoming, personalized experience.
• Create memorable experiences that leave shoppers with a positive impression of Meta and its products.
• Demonstrate key product features and benefits based on customer interests and needs.
• Guide customers through the full experience, from engagement to sale.
• Keep displays organized and demo-ready to align with Meta brand standards.
• Build relationships with store teams and keep them informed about products and promotions.
• Track demonstrations, customer engagement, and sales activity toward goals.
• Stay current on product launches, software updates, and emerging technology.
