Job summary

Janus Global is seeking a qualified firearms instructor to train U.S. contractors on weapons systems to ensure effective and safe operational readiness. Responsibilities include coordinating training sessions, conducting instruction both in classrooms and on the range, and supporting protective security teams as necessary.

The ideal candidate must have at least 2 years as a security training instructor, 5 years in protective security, and a valid U.S. Driver's License. This role requires passing a Physical Readiness Test as part of the hiring process.

Qualifications

• Must have at least 2 years as a security instructor.
• Have 5 years of protective security experience.
• Valid U.S. Driver's License required.
• Must pass pre-employment Physical Readiness Test.

Responsibilities

• Conduct training for WPS III personnel.
• Coordinate refresher training and firearms re-qualifications.
• Support protection teams as needed.
