Job summary

Integration Innovation, Inc. seeks an Aircrewman Tactical Helicopter (AWR) SME to support the MH-60 VTS development team. You will translate aviation terms and assist with design meetings, storyboards, and content validation.

You will work with customers, instructional designers, software engineers, and 3D artists to deliver interactive training systems across mobile, web, AR/VR platforms. Your role includes reporting and coordinating with stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Associate’s degree required; additional experience may substitute for the degree.
• Active SECRET security clearance and ability to maintain it.
• Senior 7–12 years of applicable NEC G11A experience.
• Principal 12–17 years of applicable NEC G11A experience.
• Experience as an AWR Instructor at FRS.
• Master Training Specialist.

i3 is seeking an Aircrewman Tactical Helicopter (AWR) Subject Matter Expert (SME) to assist a software development team develop virtual training solutions for the MH-60 platform. The candidate must be able to translate aviation terminology, procedures, and operations for the Virtual Training Suite (VTS) development team. The candidate would also assist with product progress reporting, scheduling, and customer (stakeholder) interface.

Responsibilities

• Candidates should possess excellent communication and analytical skills; knowledge of interactive multimedia instruction is a plus.
• The candidate will work closely with customers, supervisors, instructional systems designers, software designers, software engineers, and 3D artists to create interactive mobile, web, augmented reality, virtual reality, desktop training systems, serious games, and distributed learning simulations.
• The candidate will provide subject matter expertise through design meetings, storyboard creation, and software content validation.
• Candidate should be able to adapt to changing workloads quickly and collaborate with your team and other business units to provide software solutions, following best practices to ensure a high-quality standard.

Position Location: Orlando, FL or Huntsville, AL

This position can be worked as either a Full-Time Position or a Temporary On Call Role.

CONUS Travel required Less than 50%

Required Experience

• Associate’s degree required. Additional years of experience may be substituted for degree.
• This position can be filled at the following levels
• Senior 7-12 years of applicable experience in the following NEC (G11A).
• Principal 12-17 years of applicable experience in the following NEC (G11A).
• Experience serving as an AWR Instructor at the FRS.
• Active SECRET security clearance and the ability to maintain the clearance
• Proficiency with MS Office suite
• Master Training Specialist.

Preferred Experience

• ACTC Level 500 Weapons and Tactics Instructor
• Familiarity with NETC.
• Familiarity with software development, 3D creation, and gaming is a plus.
