The base salary ranges from $85,000 to $160,000 with discretionary bonuses for active employees.

Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor’s degree required.
• Experience: 3–5 years of proven Product Management experience in a fast-paced, agile product development environment.
• Domain Expertise: Strong understanding of financial services.
• Analytical Acumen: Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to extrapolate complex business needs into actionable product requirements.
• Leadership & Influence: Demonstrated ability to build consensus, collaborate effectively, and negotiate across a broad range of stakeholders.
• User-Centric Passion: A genuine passion for solving customer problems and delivering intuitive, user-centric designed product experiences.
• Communication: Excellent communication, presentation, and attention to detail.
• Bonus: Basic knowledge of product marketing concepts.

Responsibilities

• Drive Product Strategy & Vision: Lead the product lifecycle from insight to execution.
• Champion User-Centric Design: Collaborate with UX/UI designers for high-quality experiences and seamless customer journeys.
• Cross-Functional Leadership: Partner with Advisors, Technology, Design, Marketing, Legal, and Compliance.
• Data-Driven Innovation: Use analysis and user research to inform product decisions and identify opportunities.
• Agile Execution & Delivery: Own backlog, prioritize features, and manage end-to-end delivery.
• Stakeholder Engagement: Build roadmaps, represent Product Team in client engagements, and align stakeholders.
• Business Impact & Growth: Drive ROI-driven business cases and stay ahead of industry trends.
