Job summary

NewEdge Advisors is seeking a Technology Training & Support Specialist to train and support the NEA Tech Stack and assist in digital transformation initiatives for our advisor network. You will work under the Director of Technology Solutions in a fast-paced, client-driven environment.

The role requires a technical background, financial services familiarity, and strong communication skills to guide new teams through onboarding and ongoing tech adoption.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of securities industry experience within organizations providing investment advisory services.
• Experience with Fidelity, Raymond James, Schwab, and/or LPL Clearing preferred.
• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in business-related field or equivalent professional experience.
• MS Office, Orion, Salesforce, Power BI, Tableau, etc.; Excel expertise.
• FINRA SIE, Series 7 and/or 65/66 are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Train and support the NEA Tech Stack.
• Assist with digital transformation projects and product implementations.
• Guide teams transitioning to the RIA with discovery and onboarding blueprints.
• Coordinate demos, webinars and training content for advisors.
