Job summary

KBW Financial Staffing & Recruiting is seeking a Wealth Management Technology Analyst in Boston, MA. This hybrid role partners with the Wealth Management and IT teams to align business needs with technology priorities and support initiatives, including AI-enabled workflows and secure data management.

Qualifications

• Ability to liaise between Wealth Management and IT teams.
• Support client service delivery through technology improvements.
• Familiarity with document management and AI-enabled workflows.

Responsibilities

• Develop understanding of Wealth Management workflows (estate planning, trust, probate, tax, fiduciary services).
• Serve as SME for technology solutions supporting Wealth Management, including document management, client data management, AI adoption and workflow tools.
• Act as primary liaison between Wealth Management Technology and IT, coordinating initiatives and aligning tech strategies.
