Job summary

Wealth Enhancement is a leading independent wealth management firm seeking a highly skilled Business Systems Administrator for Wealth Management Platforms. The role focuses on governance, license oversight, platform administration, and enterprise technology integration across planning tools and vendor ecosystems.

The position is remote within the United States and offers a base salary range and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, finance, economics or related field.
• 4+ years’ experience with vendor management, technology licensing or similar.
• Financial services experience preferred, ideally within an RIA environment.

Responsibilities

• Govern planning technology governance, licensing, and vendor management.
• Support integration of planning technologies during M&A and platform migrations.
• Coordinate onboarding of acquired offices into approved planning technology platforms.
