Job summary

Focus Financial Partners in St. Louis is seeking a Product & Platform Analyst to help manage and evolve enterprise wealth technology platforms.

You will work across business, technology, and vendor teams to understand platforms, identify improvement opportunities, and drive initiatives through to completion. This role requires comfort with ambiguity, problem solving, and the ability to translate needs into platform solutions.

Qualifications

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with ability to work through incomplete information.
• Ability to understand how applications, data, integrations, and dependencies fit together.
• Strong communication skills to convey technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Develop a deep understanding of relevant platforms, including capabilities, configuration, integrations, dependencies, and key business uses.
• Assess current platform operations and identify opportunities to simplify, standardize, automate, or improve them.
• Identify gaps to improve platform consistency, scalability, efficiency, and alignment with tech standards.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to translate needs into platform solutions and next steps.
• Research platform and vendor capabilities, evaluate options, and recommend improvements.
• Coordinate with business, technology teams, and vendors to address dependencies and drive work to completion.
• Support platform implementations, migrations, consolidations, integrations, testing, and enhancements.
• Investigate platform issues and guide resolution with the right resources.
• Maintain documentation of configurations, integrations, dependencies, processes, and key decisions.
• Assist with acquisitions and organizational changes in tech discovery and onboarding.
