• Skilled at managing people and communicating effectively.

Responsibilities

• Guide a team of client service associates (CSAs) and ensure requests are addressed.
• Educate clients on account services and train CSAs to do the same.
• Prioritize service requests and review daily reports for delegation or processing.
• Oversee client onboarding and client meetings.
• Support advisors in developing a team business plan and identifying opportunities.
• Manage use of team technology and ensure training compliance.
