Responsibilities

• Support advisors in day-to-day client relationships and service priorities.
• Prepare portfolio reviews, financial-planning analyses, meeting materials, and implementation follow-up.
• Assist with retirement, tax-aware, estate, insurance, liquidity, and executive-compensation planning matters.
• Coordinate account opening, asset transfers, custodian requests, documentation, and client action items.
• Monitor portfolios and planning work for issues requiring advisor attention and escalation.
• Contribute to prospect preparation, relationship development, and client-service improvements.
