Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.
• Two or more years of wealth management, financial planning, investment, banking, brokerage, or client-service experience preferred.
• Series 65 required at hire or ability to obtain it within a reasonable period after joining the firm.
• Strong analytical, organizational, written, and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to manage confidential information, competing priorities, and detail-sensitive work with sound judgment.

Responsibilities

• Support advisors in the day-to-day management of client relationships and service priorities.
• Prepare portfolio reviews, financial-planning analyses, meeting materials, and implementation follow-up.
• Assist with retirement, tax-aware, estate, insurance, liquidity, and executive-compensation planning matters.
• Coordinate account opening, asset transfers, custodian requests, documentation, and client action items.
• Monitor portfolios and planning work for issues requiring advisor attention and escalates promptly.
• Contribute to prospect preparation, relationship development, and continuous improvement of client-service processes.
