Qualifications

• Rising seniors pursuing a degree in Finance, Economics, Business, Accounting, or related field.

Responsibilities

• Participate in structured training and shadowing within the Client Advisory Team.
• Learn to use core wealth management tools and platforms (Addepar, Salesforce, Portfolio Rebalancing, Monte Carlo modeling, etc.).
• Support advisors in preparing client reports, proposals, and investment policy statements.
• Contribute to projects across firm teams, including: learning investment research philosophy and due diligence process, understanding trust structures and legacy planning, and supporting governance reviews.
