We are looking to hire two rising seniors for our 10‑week Wealth Management Internship in Seattle. The program provides a comprehensive, hands‑on introduction to the private client advisory business through structured training, Associate Advisor shadowing, specialty team rotations, applied projects, and a final Capstone Client Case Study.
Interns will rotate through key areas of the firm, including Investment Management, Trust & Estate Planning, Family Office Services, Marketing & Business Development, Governance & Education, and Operations / Client Service Administration, while working closely with the Client Advisory Team.
The program is designed so interns build toward their final capstone throughout the summer. Each specialty team will provide a short project, client scenario, or case exercise that helps interns understand how that team contributes to a broader client relationship. Interns will synthesize those projects into a final client case study presentation for firm leaders and managers.
At AlTi, you’ll be part of a team that truly believes in doing wealth management differently. AlTi combines the boutique spirit of a family office with the global scale and resources of a world‑class platform. Over ten weeks, you’ll rotate through our core disciplines including investments, trust & estate planning, family office services, marketing, and family governance to gain hands‑on experience across the full spectrum of wealth management. By the end of the program, you’ll walk away with practical skills, and a real understanding of how we serve ultra‑high-net-worth families. Most importantly, you’ll join a culture that values curious thinkers, making an impact, and growth from within.
Successful interns will leave with practical skills, a professional network, and the potential to be considered for future full‑time Associate Advisor roles.
