• Anticipate financial needs and offer holistic solutions with a range of products and services.
• Assist clients with onboarding, account opening, and investment tasks; resolve issues escalated by operations and opening teams.
• Make securities recommendations and refer opportunities to segment partners when suitable.
• Maintain compliance with KYC/AML and regulatory procedures.
