Job summary

Integrity, LLC seeks a Wealth Service Associate to understand data flow through Black Diamond, RCI and CRM Wealth Platform, organize data, and initiate reporting for internal and external clients.

You will review accounts, assign to teams, ensure data accuracy, support Advisors, and produce weekly satisfaction metrics while collaborating with leaders.

This role requires attention to detail, strong communication, and experience with wealth reporting tools and broker‑dealer processes.

Qualifications

  • 2–4 years of Financial Services/Wealth Management experience.
  • 1+ years with Wealth Reporting, CRM and industry platforms (e.g., Pershing, Schwab, Fidelity).
  • Experience with Black Diamond or equivalent reporting tool is required.
  • Four-year degree or equivalent education/experience in Business/Finance.

Responsibilities

  • Review new accounts and tag to designated reps and leadership.
  • Assign accounts to teams and households.
  • Review data for accuracy across platforms and update as needed.
  • Serve as the primary contact for Advisors on accounts and transactions.
  • Handle escalated requests to resolve issues and maintain satisfaction.
  • Facilitate data flow from Black Diamond to other systems and verify transfers.
  • Monitor and report data quality and customer satisfaction weekly.
  • Report findings to stakeholders and leaders.

Job description

The Role

The Wealth Service Associate will develop a full understanding of data flow through Black Diamond, RCI and CRM Wealth Platform. This position will organize the data coming into Black Diamond, connecting it to the appropriate Business units and initiate reporting on the information. Responsible for providing support to our network of clients and business partners, both internally and externally.

Essential Job Functions
  • Review new accounts and support tagging accordingly to designated representatives and leadership.
  • Assigning new accounts to teams and households.
  • Utilize the various platforms to review data for accuracy as well as provide necessary updates, maintaining data integrity.
  • Serve as a key point of contact for Advisors regarding account and transaction review as well as resolving issues.
  • Handling complex and escalated requests to resolve issues and ensure continued satisfaction.
  • Facilitating and directing the flow of data from Black Diamond into additional systems.
  • Following up to ensure transferred data is accurate and up to date.
  • Monitor customer satisfaction levels with weekly reporting, documentation and data.
  • Reporting findings to additional stakeholders and leaders.
  • Other duties assigned.

Experience and Education
  • 2-4 years of prior Financial Services and/or Wealth Management experience
  • 1+ years of experience with Wealth Reporting, CRM, and industry-specific platforms (e.g. Pershing, Schwab, Fidelity)
  • Experience with Black Diamond Wealth Platform or equivalent portfolio report tool is required
  • Four-year college or university program certificate in Business, Finance or related field; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
