Job summary

Integrity is seeking a Wealth Service Associate to master data flow through Black Diamond, RCI, and the CRM Wealth Platform. You will organize data entering Black Diamond, link it to the right business units, and initiate reporting for internal and external partners.

You will review client accounts, ensure data accuracy, and act as a main contact for Advisors on complex data issues while supporting a nationwide client network.

Qualifications

• Must have 2–4 years in Financial Services or Wealth Management.
• Experience with Wealth Reporting, CRM, and industry platforms.

Responsibilities

• Review new accounts and tag to designated representatives.
• Maintain data integrity across platforms.
• Serve as main contact for Advisors on account/transaction issues.
• Direct data flow from Black Diamond to other systems.
• Monitor satisfaction with weekly reporting and data.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

The Role

The Wealth Service Associate will develop a full understanding of data flow through Black Diamond, RCI and CRM Wealth Platform. This position will organize the data coming into Black Diamond, connecting it to the appropriate Business units and initiate reporting on the information. Responsible for providing support to our network of clients and business partners, both internally and externally.

Responsible for providing support to our network of clients and business partners, both internally and externally.

Essential Job Functions

• Review new accounts and support tagging accordingly to designated representatives and leadership. Assigning new accounts to teams and households.
• Utilize the various platforms to review data for accuracy as well as provide necessary updates, maintaining data integrity.
• Serve as a key point of contact for Advisors regarding account and transaction review as well as resolving issues. Handling complex and escalated requests to resolve issues and ensure continued satisfaction.
• Facilitating and directing the flow of data from Black Diamond into additional systems. Following up to ensure transferred data is accurate and up to date.
• Monitor customer satisfaction levels with weekly reporting, documentation and data. Reporting findings to additional stakeholders and leaders.

Experience And Education

• 2-4 years of prior Financial Services and/or Wealth Management experience
• 1+ years of experience with Wealth Reporting, CRM, and industry-specific platforms (e.g. Pershing, Schwab, Fidelity)
• Experience with Black Diamond Wealth Platform or equivalent portfolio report tool is required
• Four-year college or university program certificate in Business, Finance or related field; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
