Responsibilities

• Coordinates account administration for fiduciary, investment management, and custody accounts.
• Resolves client issues and informs clients of steps taken.
• Maintains knowledge of governing documents and account agreements.
• Processes service requests from clients and partners.
• Develops action plans for client servicing events and ensures execution.
• Supports trust advisors and administrators in reviews and documentation.
• Mentors junior staff and contributes to process improvements.
