Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Management, Accounting, or Finance with 10–12 years of wealth management operations experience.
• 10–12 years of directly related experience in Wealth Management Operations, Securities and/or cash processing.
• At least 2 years of experience in a management capacity.

Responsibilities

• Lead – Provide staff with clear guidance, set performance expectations, and deliver coaching to ensure quality.
• Oversee – Manage daily department operations, ensuring accuracy and alignment with objectives.
• Resolve – Address complex issues requiring independent judgment beyond staff experience.
• Evaluate – Review policies and programs for efficiency, effectiveness, and risk mitigation.
• Implement – Recommend and execute process improvements and operational changes.
• Mitigate – Establish internal controls to minimize losses and market exposure.
• Ensure – Maintain consistent work procedures aligned with priorities.
• Troubleshoot – Resolve technical issues related to processes, systems, and equipment.
• Collaborate – Partner with internal units and vendors to address needs.
• Optimize – Continuously enhance processes to meet customer needs.
