Qualifications

• Associates or Bachelor's degree preferred or 5+ year's related work experience.
• Experience with Microsoft Office required; CRM system experience preferred.
• Experience in the securities industry and/or a sales assistant role.
• Knowledge of investments and advisory platforms.
• Knowledge of the securities market and brokerage accounts.
• Series 7 and 66 required.

Responsibilities

• Interacts with clients to respond to servicing requests and assist Wealth Advisors.
• Addresses client inquiries, schedules reviews, and handles correspondence.
• Maintains client accounts, processes trades, and ensures documentation is complete.
• Ensures compliance with broker-dealer policies and risk controls.
• Assist advisors with trade instructions and reporting.
• Supports branch audits and maintains compliance files.
