Job summary

Old National Bank in Evansville, IN seeks a Wealth Sales Assistant to provide administrative and sales support to Wealth Advisors, enhancing the client experience and safeguarding client assets. The role combines client service with back-office operations across accounts and trades.

As part of the Wealth Management team, you will handle trade instructions, account documentation, and regulatory compliance while delivering accurate, timely service to prospects and existing clients.

Qualifications

• Associates or Bachelor’s degree preferred or 5+ year’s related work experience and related training.
• Experience with Microsoft Office and CRM systems required.
• Series 7 and 66 licenses required.
• Experience in the securities industry and/or a sales assistant role.

Responsibilities

• Respond to client servicing requests by phone and in person.
• Assist Wealth Advisors with trade instructions.
• Open accounts, process distributions, and enter client trades.
• Maintain compliance and assist with audits.
• Support client communications and calendar management.
